PRIVACY POLICY

  1. General provisions

1.1 The website of the Šiluva Declaration https://www.siluvosdeklaracija.lt/ (hereinafter referred to as the „Website”) respects the privacy rights of all of its users (hereinafter referred to as „Users”), ensures the protection of personal data and their rights as data subjects.

1.2 This Privacy Policy governs the basic principles and procedures for the collection, processing and storage of personal data of the Website and the signatories to the Declaration.

1.3 By using the Website, you also have the right to sign the Declaration. In this case, you:

  • agree to the provisions of this Privacy Policy;
  • you consent to the processing of the personal data you provide for the purpose of signing the Šiluva Declaration;
  • you confirm that the data which you have provided by personally tiping it in the Website of the Declaration is correct;
  • you understand that the use of the personal data of others without their knowledge and permission is subject to legal liability;
  • you consent to the use of the statistical personalised data for the purpose of publicising the Šiluva Declaration.

 Users are considered to have read and understood the Privacy Policy when they sign the Declaration by ticking the „checkbox” next to the text of this policy. The Privacy Policy may be accessed again at any time on the Website.

1.4 Your personal data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which is Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data. The legal basis for the processing is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

1.5 You may use the Website and the services provided on the Website subject to your full acceptance of these terms and conditions. The Site may also be used by persons who are at least 18 (eighteen) years of age. If you are at least 14 (fourteen) years of age, but under 18 (eighteen) years of age, you should get acquainted with these provisions together with one of your parents or guardians so that you and your parent or guardian understand and comply with these provisions.

  1. Terms used

2.1 Personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (data subject); an identifiable natural person is a person who can be identified, directly or indirectly.

2.2 Data Subject – a natural person – User (Declaration Participant) whose personal data is provided on the Website.

2.3 Consent of the data subject – any freely given, specific and unambiguous indication of the data well-nformed subject’s wishes, by means of a statement or a conclusive action, which is properly informed and by which the data subject consents to the processing of personal data concerning him or her.

2.4 Data processing means any operation or sequence of operations which is performed upon personal data or sets of personal data, whether or not by automated means, such as collection, recording, sorting, organisation, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, access, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment with or combination with other data, restriction, erasure or destruction.

2.5 „Processor” means a natural or legal person, public authority, agency or other body which processes personal data on behalf of the Data Controller.

  1. What personal data do we collect about you?

3.1 We collect and process only the personal data that you provide when you visit the Website.

3.2 Your personal data is stored for as long as your consent is valid, but no longer than 7 years from the date of publication of the Šiluva Declaration. After that, they will be depersonalised and destroyed.

4.1 We ensure that your personal data will be: processed in a lawful, fair and transparent manner, using appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure adequate security of the personal data, including protection against unauthorised or unlawful processing and against accidental loss, destruction or damage (the principles of integrity and confidentiality apply).

  1. What data subject rights do you have?

5.1 You have the right, at any time, to withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data, to withdraw your signature of the Declaration, to request the erasure or rectification of the personal data processed and other rights provided for in the legislation governing the processing of personal data. In order to exercise your rights, please contact the data controller by email info@maldosakcija.lt and/or on Facebook (MaldosAkcijaUzSeima) in the message section.

  1. To whom is your personal data provided?

6.1 Your personal data may be provided to data processors who provide IT technical support services to the Prayer Action „Family – the Foundation of Society and the State” Initiative Group and process your personal data on behalf of the Initiative Group, as well as to law enforcement authorities where there is a legal basis for doing so, and to other third parties with your permission only.

6.2 Your personal data may also be provided in response to official requests from public authorities and the courts, but only after we have ascertained the lawfulness of these requests.
